Machine Information
Below are some common questions about our machine
What are the differences between JE-24 and C09?
The C09 is an upgrade of the JE-24, with a similar exterior design, but the stainless steel is coated with LG, and the texture looks more advanced.
In addition, there are two major upgrades in the function: one is the integrated Tritan™ plastic filter, which further improves the filtering effect of juicing, making it safer, healthier and environmentally friendly, and the juice will be more delicate. Second, The motor was upgraded from a 150W DC motor to a 250W AC motor, which is more powerful and stable, and can ensure that the internal motor will not be damaged for 10 years.
Besides, in terms of structure, C09 adopts a hopper with the function of pre-cutting fruits and vegetables, which is more multi-functional and more convenient to use and greatly improves the juicing efficiency of the juicer.
How is the filtering effect of the Canoly juicer?
Canoly C09 juicer is equipped with Tritan™ plastic filter inside, which further improves the juice filtration effect, safer, healthier, more environmentally friendly, and the taste of juice will be more delicate. And the juice catch cup of this C09 juicer of ours is also equipped with a juice catch cup plup strainer for customers, which is more helpful for customers with higher taste requirements. So for this issue, you can rest assured.
Can this C09 juicer make ice cream?
Canoly C09 is able to make sorbet, according to most of our customers' suggestions, they all want the juicer to be able to make sorbet at the same time. So our R&D team designed this juicer with a sorbet strainer for each juicer. If you want to make sorbet, you just need to replace the strainer.
Why should you buy a cold-pressed juicer? What are the differences between it and other types of juicers?
All Canoly juicers are cold press slow masticating juicers. Advantages of a cold press (slow masticating) juicer over a high speed rotary (centrifugal) juicer: higher nutrient retention (e.g., 30% less loss of vitamin C than centrifugal), higher juice yields, drier pulp, quieter, and more versatile for juicing hard vegetables, leafy greens, nuts (for milk), and for making sorbet! Ideal for health enthusiasts, frequent juicers and nutritionally conscious people.
Why are our products called masticating juicers?
"Masticate" means "to chew," and that’s exactly how our slow juicers work. Instead of fast-spinning blades, they gently crush and press ingredients—just like chewing—to extract juice at low speeds. This method preserves more nutrients because, unlike centrifugal juicers (which generate heat and oxidation from high-speed spinning), masticating juicers minimize damage to enzymes and vitamins. The result? A healthier, more nutrient-rich juice with every squeeze.
Why are your juicers called "slow juicers?" Are they actually slow?
You might wonder—why call it a "slow" juicer? Our vertical masticating juicer works just as fast as traditional high-speed models, but with game-changing benefits for your health.
The Science Behind Smarter Juicing:
✓ Low-speed extraction (45-60 RPM): Works like hand-pressing to protect nutrients—unlike violent 10,000 RPM blades that destroy enzymes
✓ True cold-press technology: No heat buildup = more live nutrients in every glass
✓ Proven nutrition retention: Lab tests show 40%+ more vitamins than centrifugal juicers
Why Health-Conscious Americans Love It:
✓ Higher antioxidant levels—like getting a "nutrition booster shot"
✓ 2-3x longer freshness with minimal oxidation (no brown, wasted juice)
✓ Perfect pulp separation for ultra-smooth, drinkable nutrition
"Slow" doesn't mean inefficient—it means respecting your ingredients. We've brought commercial-grade cold-press quality to your kitchen.
Prep, Ingredients, & Recipes
Below are some of are common questions about prep, ingredients and recipes
Can your juicers process fruits and vegetables with seeds?
Soft seeds - such as those found in apples, oranges, melons and lemons - are safe to juice. Hard seeds and pits - such as those in cherries, peaches and plums - can damage the juicer and must be removed. If you are making seed milk, such as pumpkin seed milk, you need to soak the seeds overnight before juicing.
Can I make nut milk with the juicer?
Yes, you can make most types of nut milks with all of our vertical slow juicing mechanisms. Soak the nuts overnight. Process nuts in a juicer with 1 part soaked nuts and 1 part water. You can make milk from almonds, soybeans, cashews, and oatmeal.
If I juice a whole apple, will I get cyanide poisoning from the seeds?
Nooooo. You would need to grind apple seeds very fine and eat more than 200 to get cyanide poisoning. In addition, the seeds of the apple are excreted along with the flesh.
What should I do with the fruit pulp?
There are many great ways to reuse fruit juice pulp. You can make veggie burgers, cookies, dog food, bread, muffins, and more.
Can I squeeze orange juice without peeling?
Limes and lemons can be juiced with their skins on. You can squeeze juice from orange peels, but the peels taste bitter. It's better if you peel it off.
Do I need to remove the skin or seeds?
The rule of thumb is: if you can chew, you can juice. So, most seeds, apple peels, pomegranate peels, etc., are fine. If the skin is thin or soft, never remove it, as the nutrients in the skin are sometimes more effective. However, you won't chew on lemon peel, pineapple peel, or peach pit, so don't juice.
Do I have to slice vegetables and fruits before juicing?
Yes! Proper preparation helps maximize juice yield and prevents clogging. Here's your quick guide:
General Rule: Cut all produce into 2-inch pieces that can easily slide down the feeder chute without forcing.
Vegetables:
✓ Root veggies (carrots, beets): Slice into ½-inch thick discs
✓ Other firm produce: Cut to similar size as root vegetables
Fruits:
✓ Citrus: Always remove peels first
✓ All other fruits: Size to fit smoothly through chute
Pro Tip: If the chute clogs, alternate with a different textured fruit/vegetable to clear it.
Leafy Greens:
✓ Roll leaves into cigar-like bundles, then fold in half
✓ Important: Pat leaves dry after washing – damp greens don't juice as efficiently
Why This Matters:
→ Prevents jams and maximizes juice output
→ Ensures smooth operation of your juicer
→ Gets you the most nutrition from every piece of produce
Is there a juicing guide/recipe booklet or book attached?

Product Usage
Below are some common questions about our product usage
How easy is it to clean the juicer?
It's easy! For a quick rinse between recipes, simply close the juice cap, rinse the machine with water, and then pour the water away. For cleaning, we provide a special cleaning tool and brush to make the cleaning process quick and easy.
Are your juicers dishwasher-safe?
Yes, our juicer is dishwasher-safe! All removable parts (except the motor base) are top-rack dishwasher safe—just rinse off pulp first for easiest cleanup. While we recommend hand-washing to extend your juicer's life, the dishwasher works perfectly for busy days. Remember to simply wipe the base unit clean and keep it dry.
How long can I store my juice?
The juice is best enjoyed immediately to maximize its nutritional value, but it can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 72 hours. Separation may occur, but that is due to the precipitation of the pulp in the juice, rather than oxidation.
Does “slow juicer” mean it will take a long time to make juice?
Our slow juicers are called slow squeeze juicers because they spin at 50 RPM, while typical high speed juicers and blenders rotate at 10,000 RPM or more. However, our juicer produces juice at the same rate as other models we've tested, sometimes even faster.
Is your juicer loud?
Because our slow juicers only spin at 45 or 60 revolutions per minute, they are much quieter than high speed juicers and blenders. You'll just hear a slight hum. For this reason, our slow juicers are also more energy efficient.
Is your juicer safe?
The Canoly Juicer is 100% BPA-free and does not have any blades or sharp parts, making it safe for children to use.
What should be noted when using the Sorbet Strainer?
1 The fruits need to be peeled and pitted.
2 The fruits should be fully frozen (for 8 hours/overnight).
3 The frozen fruits should be put into the strainer after being thawed for about 5 minutes.
Why doesn't the juicer work?
1 The juicer may have stopped working due to the motor overheating after prolonged use. lt can be restarted after about half an hour.
2 The machine may not be working because one of the following three components is not installed correctly: the container, the handle, or the lid.
What should i do if the juicer is clogged?
1 Press and hold the "'REV" button for a few seconds to allow the spiral auger to cut through the tangled fruit pulp.
2 lf the problem persists, clean the clogged filter after pressing the "REV" button and then resume juicing.
