Please don't worry! Maybe your assembly is wrong, so you can't start the juicer. Our machine is absolutely new. We have tested the machine before leaving the factory, and each one is in a state to ensure that it can run. Can you take a video to show us your use and assembly process first? We need to check it first. If it is really the juicer that has such a problem, we will return and deal with it for you. Please rest assured.

Mark sure the position of the hopper needs to be aligned with the locked position, and the handle should be facing back and need to be stuck above the white part. Because the white part is an open light, the handle must be stuck on it to start the juicer.
