Directions

Step 1: Choose and Prepare Your Apples

Start by selecting apples A blend of sweet and tart varieties gives the most rich, delicious flavor.

Step 2: Rinse the apples and core them

We use the C16 Cold Press Juicer with a big feed chute and a powerful auger that can process whole apples—no peeling or cutting required.

Step 3: Set Up Your Apple Cider Juicer

Place your juicer on a stable countertop. Place a juice container under the juice spout and a pulp container under the pulp outlet.

Step 4: Juice the Apples

Feed the apples into the juicer. Let the machine do the work.

Step 5: Strain the Cider

For a silky-smooth texture, pour the juice through a fine-mesh strainer or nut milk bag to remove any remaining pulp. If you prefer a rustic style, you can skip this step.

Step 6: Adjust Sweetness

Taste and if it’s too tart, add honey or maple syrup. Though I prefer it naturally sweet.

Hot Apple Cider

If you prefer hot apple cider, heat it for a few minutes, without letting it boil.

And enjoy your fresh apple cider!
