30-Day Free Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy on all main products (such as juicers and ice makers).
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

We provide free returns with no restocking fees within this period.


Return Shipping

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Canoly will cover the return shipping cost
  • For non-quality-related returns (such as change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item should be in good condition
  • The product must be cleaned, drained, and fully dry before returning
  • Please return with original packaging and all accessories whenever possible

If the original packaging is unavailable, please use secure packaging to avoid damage during transit.

  • Your order number

  • Photos or videos (required for defective or damaged items)

⚠️ Please do not send items back without prior authorization.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Once verified, we will provide a suitable solution, including:

  • Replacement
  • Repair
  • Full refund

Warranty

All Canoly main products are covered by:

  • 1-Year Limited Warranty (Full Unit)
  • 15-Year Motor Warranty

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

If your product qualifies for warranty service:

  • We will repair or replace the defective product free of charge
  • Claims made within 30 days of delivery include free shipping
  • After 30 days, customers may be responsible for shipping costs

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 3–5 business days
  • Your bank may take additional time to post the refund

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund
  • If already shipped, the order must go through the return process

Important Notes

  • Please clean the product thoroughly before returning
  • Accessories and consumable parts are not eligible for free return
