Tart cranberries, spicy fresh ginger, a squeeze of lemon, and a splash of sparkling water — this homemade cranberry ginger ale is bright, bold, and endlessly refreshing. Made with your Canoly cold press juicer, the whole thing comes together in under ten minutes.

Ingredients
Makes about 4 servings
| Ingredient | Quantity |
| Fresh cranberries | 2 cups |
| Fresh ginger | 3–4 inches |
| Lemons | 2, peeled |
| Maple syrup | 5 tbsp |
| Water | 2 cups |
| Sparkling water | 2 cups |
Directions
Step 1
Prepare your ingredients
Rinse the cranberries and peel the lemons. You don't need to peel the ginger — the Canoly juicer handles the skin just fine, and keeping it on adds extra antioxidants to your drink.
Step 2
Juice the cranberries, ginger, and lemon
Feed the cranberries into the juicer first, then alternate with pieces of ginger and lemon. Cranberries help push the ginger fibers through the auger — a natural way to prevent clogging.
Step 3
Mix with water and maple syrup
Pour the fresh juice into a pitcher. Add 2 cups of still water and the maple syrup. Stir well until the syrup is fully dissolved. Taste and adjust sweetness as you like.
Prefer it less sweet? Start with 3 tablespoons of maple syrup and add more to taste. The tartness of the cranberries varies by batch.
Step 4
Top with sparkling water and serve
Just before serving, pour in the sparkling water and stir gently to preserve the fizz. Serve over ice with a slice of lemon or a few fresh cranberries as garnish.Want it warm? Skip the sparkling water and gently heat the juice-water-syrup mixture on the stove. Don't let it boil — just warm enough to drink. A cozy winter version.

3 common questions
1. Do I need to peel the ginger?
No — the Canoly cold press handles ginger skin without any trouble. Leaving it on is faster and actually adds extra antioxidants. If you prefer to peel it, use the back of a spoon to scrape the skin off cleanly.
2. Can I make this ahead of time?
Yes. Juice the cranberries, ginger, and lemon up to 2 days ahead and store the base (without sparkling water) in an airtight container in the fridge. Add the sparkling water right before serving to keep the fizz.
3. How long does it keep?
The juice base keeps 3–5 days refrigerated. Cold-press juicers like the Canoly preserve freshness longer than centrifugal models. For storage tips, see our guide on best containers for storing juice.
